User Data Deletion Instructions

1. Remove Chuhaijiang's Access in Facebook

Removing the app stops Chuhaijiang from accessing your Meta data going forward.

• Log in to Facebook and open Settings & privacy > Settings.
• Open Business integrations.
• Find Chuhaijiang, select it, and click Remove.

Removing the integration revokes Chuhaijiang's access tokens. It does not by itself delete data that Chuhaijiang has already stored, so please also send us a deletion request (Step 2) if you want that data deleted.

2. Request Deletion of Your Data

Email it@trenz.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please send it from the email address registered to your Chuhaijiang account, if you have one, and include:

• The email address of your Chuhaijiang account.
• Your name and company name.
• The Meta business portfolio ID(s) and/or ad account ID(s) you connected, if any.
• Whether you want us to delete all of your Chuhaijiang account data, or only the data received from Meta.

We may ask you to confirm your identity before we delete anything, to protect your account.

3. What Happens Next

• We will acknowledge your request by email within 5 business days.
• We will complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying your request, and confirm by email when it is done.
• After deletion, we stop accessing your Meta data and delete the Meta data we store, including access tokens, business and ad account information, campaign and ad information, and advertising performance data. If you asked for full account deletion, we also delete your account information and user content.

4. What We May Keep

• We may keep limited information when the law requires it (for example billing and transaction records) or when it is needed for security, fraud prevention, or resolving disputes. Residual copies in backups are overwritten or deleted within 180 days. We will not use retained data for any other purpose.
